San Roque Hydro Electric/Dam Project: Conveyor System Construction (1999 – 2002)

The project involved the installation of mechanical components, belt protection devices (Rip Detection Systems), conveyor belt splicing/vulcanizing, system maintenance of process plants and hauling of conveyors for the construction of 300m (height) x 1,220m (length) earth dam. Total length of conveyor is 36 kms consisting of 24kms steel cord belt (ST1550 1800mmBW & ST 1200 1200mmBW) and 12 kms fabric belt (EP 315/3ply to EP1250/4ply). Belt width range from 600mm -2400mm

Dismantling of conveyor belts and mechanical components after completion of the project was also done by Beta Equipment.
